Specifications include, but are not limited to: Amarillo Independent School District is seeking proposals for Contractor(s) for HVAC Maintenance, Installation and Repair Services (Services) for properties owned by the District. The District intends to award this solicitation to primary and secondary Contractors. When Services are needed, the District will first attempt to schedule the work with the primary awarded Contractor. If the primary awarded Contractor is not able to accommodate the work, or if the primary awarded Contractor is not able to schedule the work in a reasonable amount of time, the District will then follow the same process with the secondary Contractor. The District reserves the right to determine what constitutes a reasonable amount of time, as District needs and project timelines may vary.
