Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Maupin is accepting bids for the reconstruction and repaving street improvement project for one block of roadway, Grant Avenue between Fourth and Fifth streets. The project consists of reconstructing and repaving roadway and the reconstruction and construction of sidewalks and curb ramps on both sides of roadway. Existing Width: 50 feet (8 feet paved), Existing Length: 323 feet, Existing Sidewalk: 309 feet on North side of street; Proposed Width: 50 feet, Proposed Length: 323 feet, Proposed Sidewalk: 309 feet on North and South sides of street; Construction must be completed no later than June 30, 2024. Once construction has begun, the contractor must reach substantial completion within 60 days of commencing activity. The City has the ability to adjust the project schedule due to state mandates.
