Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Proposer must furnish all labor, materials and equipment and ancillary items for a full and complete operation system as noted in the Plans and Specifications, (the “Work”) to include but not limited to the following improvements: • HVAC- Replacing the designated ground source heat pump units (nine) with roof top units; • Electrical- Support HVAC equipment replacement. Replace damaged transformer K; • Install new panel to feed new HVAC equipment replacement; • Architectural- Support HVAC equipment replacement; • Repair room finishes after removal of console heat pumps; • Structural- Support HVAC equipment replacement; • Provide bracing required on existing joists for support of new RTU’s; • Roofing- Support HVAC equipment replacement; and • Provide for new crickets and flashing of new curbs and roof penetrations.
