Specifications include, but are not limited to: Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) and the Cedar City Ranger District, Dixie National Forest (Forest Service) are requesting Services in this contract to remove and reconstruct up to 20,803feet (~ 3.9 miles) of 4-strand barbed wire fence to the specifications listed below. Approximately, 20,803feet (~ 3.9 miles) would be removed and reconstructed on the northern Forest Service boundary. Bids should be submitted on a per/foot basis for removal, and construction basis. Per foot and total bid, prices will include all mobilization and operation costs. There will be no fuel surcharges or adjustments negotiated. There will be no government provided materials for this project. The contract will be awarded based on bid price; prior performance references as provider by the bidder and will be evaluated and awarded at the sole discretion of the government.
