Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Arizona requires the following services be provided at a minimum, or as otherwise determined to be acceptable to the University. Please address each in your submittal. 5.2.1 Take at least two (2) photographs of each participant - Additional images can be taken of the participant, if they desire. 5.2.2 Promote the sale of photographs through contact with each participating student based on the information provided by the student and the University 5.2.3 Provide each graduating student a free color proof of himself or herself within five (5) business days after the commencement ceremony date by methods that include: Email, Text, and/or US Mail. 5.2.4 Provide each purchaser a 100% money-back guarantee. 5.2.5 Provide sufficient equipment, supplies, and professional personnel necessary to fully render the services requested with adequate backup in the event of malfunction. 5.2.6 Perform the services without interfering in any way with the activities of the University of Arizona faculty, students, staff, or visitors. 5.2.7 Operate in a digital capacity, photograph all images digitally, and capacity to deliver images to students electronically. 5.2.8 Photographers must be employees of the company and not subcontractors. 5.2.9 Utilize an e-commerce site dedicated to commencement photography. A mobile website option should also be available for the viewing and ordering of proofs via smartphone devices. 5.2.10 Similar services shall be provided at each Graduation Week event, in the Fall and Spring, usually one per semester.
