Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Initial review of current website to identify strengths, weakness and key areas for improvement. • Lead project team through a comprehensive needs analysis to ensure all requirements have been surfaced and addressed in solution. (Project Team will have completed user surveys, in-depth site review and benchmarking exercises prior to vendor requirements meeting.) • Recommend website platform and detailed design based on specific requirements established by MRSD project team. • Assist with mapping of existing web content to new web infrastructure • **Potential**- Provide professional hours to partner with MRSD contracted design firm to build out sites. • Provide initial training to user community and limited Year 1 support. • Initial Objectives of new web platform include: 1. Ensure ADA compliance. 2. Maximize mobile device accessibility. 3. Increase internal management capacity. 4. Provide easily accessed translation into multiple languages. 5. Provide an ‘intranet ’for employees to access. 6. Act as an attractant to current and prospective patrons and employees.
