Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will host examinations at on-site locations within Oregon and may also host examinations remotely online. The examinations must consist of two parts. The first part of the examination must be designed to measure knowledge and skill relevant to the general practice and principles of insurance and can be based on nationally administered examination questions. The second part of the examination must be designed to measure knowledge and skill relevant to the laws, rules, regulations and practices of insurance in Oregon and shall be specific to the area of licensing the individual is seeking to obtain. These examinations must be passed as a qualification to receive a license. The examinations must be accessible for the following languages, but Agency reserves the right to add additional languages as needed and as the awarded Contractor can provide: • English • Spanish; Preference points will be given for Proposers who can provide Fingerprinting services.
