Other being defined as chicken or a mixture of any of the three meats listed. 4.11.1.1.2 We will only accept a 10:1 or 5:1. Sodium content will not exceed 510 mg per 10:1 and 1020 mg per 5:1 4.11.2 All Good(s) to be frozen and transported per FDA/USDA specifications 4.11.2.1 Good(s) must show no evidence of defrosting, refreezing, freezer burn, contamination, dehydration or mishandling, and be free from discoloration and blemishes 4.11.3 All Poultry Good(s) bid by Bidder must be processed, handled, packaged, and labeled in accordance with the Wholesome Poultry Products Act and its regulations 4.11.3.1 Vacuum, bulk, layered or Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) packaging allowed 4.11.4 ODOC will accept pack cases of 10:1 or 5:1 4.11.5 Good(s) MUST be fully cooked, skinless, unflavored, all meat with no fillers 4.11.6 Cured, smoked, flavored, pork or cheese Goods WILL NOT be accepted 4.11.7 Goods may be processed from turkey, chicken, beef, or a combination of these meats 4.11.8 Goods must have a normal flavor and odor, free from foreign flavor and odor, and discoloration and extraneous material of any type
