Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Base Bid: a. Sandstone Middle School Project i. Three (3) Crest Commercial Condensing Boiler Units Model #FBN2001 b. Hermiston High School Project i. Two (2) Crest Commercial Condensing Boiler Units Model #FBN5001 c. Cut roof decking, to enlarge opening to allow for installation of new units and immediately repair decking. NOTE: Tremco will remove roofing material prior to cutting and will replace after decking is repaired. d. Provide a crane to remove current units and set the new units. e. Replace all refrigerant pipes and insulation. f. Connect new units to current controls system and ensure proper operation. g. Restore power and insure proper operation. h. Remove all debris related to the project and dispose of old units. i. Provide detailed service reports and records. B. No Substitutions or Alternative Bids will be allowed
