Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide a fully operational, user friendly, secure and reliable product that will provide employment verification data usable by KRGC. The Contractor shall provide a process whereby income and employment verification can be matched through the web. Additionally, The Contractor shall provide a fully operational, user friendly, secure and reliable product that will provide education verification data usable by KRGC. The Contractor shall provide a process whereby degree and education verification can be matched through the web. The Contractor shall provide a clear explanation of its process and procedure regarding web verifications in its bid response. Clear definition of important terms of such processes are to be provided as well. Services rendered must meet the following but are not necessarily limited to the following: a. Employment verifications, at a minimum, must include the following: Employer Name Employment, Status Employer Address, Employment Dates Position, Title, Pay Rate; b. Employment Information must be printable and in a usable format c. Education verifications, at a minimum, must include the following: University/Institution Name University/Institution Address Enrollment Status Dates of Attendance and Graduation (if applicable) Degree Title (if applicable) d. Education Information must be printable and in a usable format e. Access The Contractor shall establish procedures and provide online instructions for accessing the employment database website. At a minimum, the website shall include instructions and/or rules for user ID and password establishment. To request employment data, KRGC will enter an applicant’s Social Security number (SSN). No other applicant information will be needed in order to access employment information. To request education data, KRGC will enter an applicant’s Name, claimed University/Institution Name, Social Security Number (SSN), and Date of Birth (DOB). No other applicant information will be needed in order to access education information.
