Specifications include, but are not limited to: BrightRidge (“BR”) is requesting Cost Plus pricing proposals for labor and equipment from interested firms and companies for the engagement in services to construct, maintain, service, repair, or otherwise perform work on BR’s electrical distribution and transmission system and other services. BR intends to evaluate all proposals submitted and reserves the sole right to reject any or all proposals and reserves the sole right to enter into agreements with one or more firms based on the results of the evaluations of the proposals. At any time, BR may enter into agreements with multiple contractors to perform work. BR employs its own workforce in the same capacity. BR reserves the sole right to assign work according to its best interests. Contractor acknowledges that entering into an agreement with BR to perform electrical distribution work at established cost-plus rates does not obligate BR to assign or guarantee any work to contractor.
