Specifications include, but are not limited to: The external partner will provide the minimum following services: 1. The interns or students must be currently enrolled in a local Albuquerque school which has a healthcare curriculum, ages 16-25. 2. Develop internship host sites, clinics, departments, etc., within the UNMH system, including customized position descriptions for each site. 3. Onboarding and training of interns, including coordination of customized training required for specific UNMH sites. 4. Onboarding and training of UNMH Mentors. 5. Providing insurance and payroll services for interns. 6. Supporting interns and mentors through a dedicated internship coaching staff, providing regular check-ins for interns and mentors, scheduling site visits, and facilitating final exhibitions of learning by interns. 7. Implementing an ongoing performance review process. 8. Collecting and reporting individual intern and overall program impact data.
