All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: To seek open competitive proposals in order to award contracts with qualified vendors to obtain WAN Leased Lit Fiber Service & Internet Services for the University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN), and its public and higher education, libraries, healthcare and state government constituents, hereafter referred to as the "University." Companies submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as “Vendor” or “Service Provider”. The University is examining several alternatives of providing WAN Leased Lit Fiber Ethernet Services & Internet Services and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
