Specifications include, but are not limited to: Iowa Department of Administrative Services DAS is needing the following: services for the parking structure at Grand, Pennsylvania, & Des Moines St. -Tasks to be completed between 6pm and 6am, -Tasks to be completed within 1 full week (M-Sun) -Vendor to produce a daily schedule & get Approved by Brent.Arntzen@iowa.gov 72hrs prior to start -Schedule posted at all entrances/exits and maintained until complete -Barricade/chains with signage each day for “On-deck” areas plus actual service areas *Power brush/broom & blow all debris and quote includes removal *pressure wash entire structure (minus elevator lobbies) *Traffic paint all stalls, Handicap areas and existing hatch areas
