Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide “total coverage” service for water treatment to hot water boiler(s), cooling tower(s), chiller condenser(s) and accessories, and to hot/chill water loop system. Services to include providing and installation of a feeding and sensing unit using the solid technology method to meter and inject the chemicals in to the system to be treated, cost of chemicals, supplies, treatment, testing, inspection, trip charges, labor, emergency and non- emergency service. Contractor shall schedule visits to the job site(s) a minimum of one (1) time per month and provide all services specified per the Contract at the quoted bid price. Contractor shall coordinate all visits with the Facility Maintenance Director.
