Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Utah Division of State Parks is seeking a new contract for dumpster rental and garbage removal services at Utah Lake State Park according to the following conditions: Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the service in a satisfactory manner, as determined by State Parks. Bidder shall provide and service six (6) three-yard dumpsters and four (4) six-yard dumpsters (for a total of 10 dumpsters) at Utah Lake State Park according to the following pickup schedule: March 1 through April 15 – pickup every other week, April 16 through September 15 – pickup once per week, September 16 through October 31 – pickup every other week, November 1 through February 29 – pickup as needed (“on call”); State Parks reserves the right to temporarily decrease or increase the number of pick-ups or the number of dumpsters depending on park conditions. Any additional pickups beyond the identified pickup schedule will be subject to the “on call” pickup fee. Any anticipated permanent changes to the schedule must be included by amendment to the resulting contract. Bidder shall respond within 48 hours to a request for “on call” pickup. “On call” applies to any pickups requested outside of the normally scheduled pickups in 2. a-c above, including the period from November 1 through February 29. For any “on call” pickup requests, Bidder will dump all dumpsters in the park. Bidder must provide dumpsters that are in good condition with working lids and drain plugs in place. The dumpsters may have wheels or skids. Bidder shall remove all waste from the provided dumpsters and deposit the waste at an authorized disposal area. At the start and end of the resulting contract term, Bidder shall deliver or remove all dumpsters at the request of State Parks without any additional charges. Bidder shall submit all invoices within 30 days of work performed to Utah Lake State Park personnel.
