Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Brownsville is seeking letters of interest and statements of qualifications from parties interested in a term contract for traffic engineering for the City of Brownsville Texas. The selected firms will be responsible for providing individual services in the following areas Civil, Structural or MEP engineering, surveying and preparation of actual working drawings for the paving and drainage of Street and Drainage Improvement Projects and other Miscellaneous City Projects. All services will be rendered on an On-Call basis. Projects may include but are not limited to the following: • Design and development of communications • Security • Lighting systems • Existing system analysis • Redesign of electrical panels • HVAC system revisions • New design and renovations • Cost estimating • Bid preparation • Field inspection • Preliminary budget and schedules • Layout and design (conduit, riser, and raceway)
