Specifications include, but are not limited to: •In the collection of solid waste, the Respondent shall not disperse any container contents upon MKAA property, any public place, street, road or highway andleave the premises in a neat and orderly condition. •The Respondent agrees to replace/repair any container due to damage which could potentially create a safety and/or environmental risk.•Unsightly or unsanitary conditions resulting from the action of the Respondent, the Respondent shall respond within four (4) hours of receipt to the satisfaction of the MKAA.•The Respondent’s Personnel will have to be escorted when servicing the Terminal Ramp location.•All waste collected shall be delivered to a solid waste facility in accordance with applicable laws, rules and state regulations for the disposal of solid waste. •All cardboard collected shall be delivered to a recycling facility in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and state regulations
