Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delivery Time: 7:00am to 3:30pm EST., Monday thru Friday; 3.2.1 The seat covers shall be delivered with protection as required to ensure against shipping damage. 3.2.2 The seat covers shall be shipped with a packing slip. The packing slip shall state the quantity, seat covers OEM numbers, and the corresponding GCRTA seat covers part number. 3.2.3 The seat covers shipments shall be palletized by type, GCRTA part number, and permit easy handling by pallet truck or forklift. 3.2.4 The seat covers shall be packaged to allow for extended indoor storage without defects developing. 3.2.5 The successful Bidder shall be required to supply Safety Data Sheets (SDS) before the subsequent contract is awarded for any chemical, substance, or mixture defined in Regulations (Standards - 29 CFR), Hazard Communication. - 1910.1200 or latest revision. If the product being supplied under the resultant contract does not require SDS sheets, then the contractor shall supply to the GCRTA a document notarized and signed by an officer of the company with a statement detailing that fact. 4.2.1 The seat cover material shall be Morbern BA-362 Bayfield Blue textured face with nontextured Morbern M-432 Imperial Blue sides or approved equal. See reference photos. 4.2.2 The bottom cushion shall be foam, Chestnut Ridge Foam Safguard XL (Hi Medium) and comply with FTA fire safety criteria or approved equal. See reference photo. 4.2.3 Bottom cushions shall be replaceable through a zippered opening on the rear of the seat cover. Supplied zipper shall be of high quality and sized to the application. Zipper shall be hidden on the back side of the bottom assemblies. 4.2.4 Bottom seat assembly must have high quality snap fasteners to attach to American Seating model #6466. 4.2.5 Bottom seat assembly shall be delivered with cushion installed in the cover. 4.2.6 Parts and materials utilized to build the seat covers shall be new.
