Specifications include, but are not limited to: •In the collection of solid waste, the Respondent shall not disperse any containercontents upon MKAA property, any public place, street, road or highway andleave the premises in a neat and orderly condition.•The Respondent agrees to replace/repair any container due to damage whichcould potentially create a safety and/or environmental risk.•Unsightly or unsanitary conditions resulting from the action of the Respondent,the Respondent shall respond within four (4) hours of receipt to the satisfaction ofthe MKAA.•The Respondent’s Personnel will have to be escorted when servicing theTerminal Ramp location.•All waste collected shall be delivered to a solid waste facility in accordance withapplicable laws, rules and state regulations for the disposal of solid waste.•All cardboard collected shall be delivered to a recycling facility in accordance withapplicable laws, rules, and state regulations
