Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.3.1. This Invitation to Bid is for a two-piece shelter or two separate shelters that can be mated together onsite that consists of a 12’x20’ communications building and a 12’x10’ generator building. The buildings shall conform to the Harris Installation Manual AE/LZT 123 4618/1. Shelters shall be constructed of precast concrete and be delivered ready to install. 2. BUILDING DETAILS (both buildings) 2.1. Buildings shall be equipped with bullet proof doors 2.2. Buildings shall be constructed with a level 4 or greater bullet proof walls 2.3. Exterior building color shall be a neutral color 2.4. Buildings shall have all interior grounding installed per Harris Installation Manual AE/LZT 123 4618/1 Rev. D. Site Grounding and Lightning Protection Guidelines 2.5. Buildings shall be delivered to a mutually agreed upon location near the City of Oakridge, Oregon where they will need to be off loaded onto the Owner’s contractor’s transportation trailer to the site. 2.6. All exterior components shall be painted to match building exterior 2.7. The site does and will have commercial power when the buildings are placed into service. The site will be powered by commercial electricity, generator, and battery. 2.8. All vents require a metal hood with screen and louvers powered at the wall. 2.9. All exterior installations shall be sealed to the wall. 2.10. Extra sealant and floor tiles shall be provided with the buildings
