Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Visually check all automatic fire sprinkler systems for the condition of the piping, bracing, condition of the valves, and the condition of the heads; 2. inspect entire system to see if any deficiency regarding design or performance is present; 3. flow all zones and each system to record static and residual water pressures; 4. test all alarms; 5. provide a written test report in electronic format to SAIF and to the State Fire Marshall; 6. visually check all standpipe systems for piping conditions and bracing; 7. check all hose valves, nozzles, and gaskets to ensure proper operating condition; 8. flow all wet standpipes from the top of the riser, and record residual flow pressures. Note: this test must be performed when water can be flowed without causing water damage to the structure or surrounding areas; and 9. provide on-call services when requested.
