Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bowling Green (the “City”) is requesting written proposals from qualified consulting firms (“Consultants”) for employee benefits consulting services to assist the City in evaluating its benefit programs and obtaining certain insurance for employees beginning January 1, 2024. The City currently offers medical, vision, dental, term life, on-site health and wellness center, and medical and dependent flexible spending accounts, plus Health Reimbursement Accounts. The City also offers voluntary insurance benefits through payroll deduction including: critical illness, whole life, accident, and disability coverage. Approximately 530 employees are eligible for benefits under the City’s plan.
