A) Make repairs/replacements as needed to column, shaft and bowls. 2) Brush and bail well. 3) Complete video inspection of well. A) Original well drilled to 498’. B) 20” casing 0-205’, 16” casing 199-498’. C) Perforations – Mills 5/16”x2” 246-303’, 405-495’. 4) Install two 1.5” PVC tubes for level sensor. 5) Install new level sensor. 6) Reinstall pump and motor and startup. A) Well yield 4500 gpm/36’ drawdown B) Pump setting 160’ water lube Alternate Bid Item 1) Service motor A) Pull motor. B) Inspect motor coils, bearings, and general condition.
