Specifications include, but are not limited to: Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) and State Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) are acquiring services in this contract to provide for habitat improvement using a government provided 24’ chain harrow with wheels. The work includes 319 acres that needs to be chain harrowed twice (double pass). This task order includes the Contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals. There are portions of the project area that are rough and rocky. In addition, there are large trees within the project area that will need to be removed (lop and scatter) prior to chain harrow or run over/pushed with a steel tracked crawler tractor (during chain harrow operations) by the contractor. This work will need to be completed by the contractor. This is necessary to ensure protection of the chain harrow from unnecessary damage.
