Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall review and accept existing site conditions. 2. Contractor shall provide survey, engineering and construction staking needed to complete the project. All surveying and construction staking shall be done under the supervision of a licensed land surveyor. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and disposing of existing vegetation and other materials that are required to be removed in order to properly execute this contract. All material shall be disposed of offsite. 4. Protect existing walks and other site amenities as much as possible during construction. Repair or replace any items damaged during construction. 5. Furnish and install all irrigation system components as required in the construction documents. 6. Repair and restore existing landscaping and irrigation systems disturbed by construction.
