Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing a web-to-print storefront that is easy to use, scalable, and secure. 2. Provide an web-to-print design tool (see detailed requirements below) 3. Offering a wide range of print on demand products, such as stationery, brochures, flyers, booklets, badges, posters, signage, etc. (A spreadsheet is provided under the "Attachments" tab, showing examples and proposed products to be added) 4. Compatible with popular web browsers and devices. 5. Fast and reliable performance that can handle high traffic volume and larger orders. 6. Provides the ability for the customer to preview and proof their product on-line prior to submitting their order. 7. Not all products would be “print”, could be a fully-digital final format 8. Must conform to ISU standard website template theme: (https://www.theme.iastate.edu/) 9. Secure hosting and storage service that protects our data and customers’ information. 10. Must conform to ISU IT security protocol (https://security.it.iastate.edu/policies/it-security-plan#standards) 11. System should have the ability to be updated with new features as design and printing needs change and evolve. 12. Providing technical and strategic support and guidance on configuring and using the web-to-print solution. (include details under the "Response Attachments Tab" implementation and training.)
