Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This project consists of the design, procurement, demolition, disposal, and installation of a commercial grade playground system including equipment footings, landing mats, and fall zone material at the Webb Bridge Park (a.k.a. the WebbZone) located at 4780 Webb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, GA 30005. 2. Any required drainage repairs and adjustments will be addressed by the City once the equipment layout is determined. 3. Work is to include the play system design to be contained within current constructed boundaries for ages 2 – 5 and ages 5 – 12 areas. Expansion Area noted in the aerial can be used for either or both age groups (see WebbZone aerial photo included at the end of this document, Appendix A). 4. Equipment: a. Meet or exceed all current federal CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), IPEMA (International Play Equipment Manufacturers Association) standards and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990) requirements. b. Only commercial grade playground equipment using no less than a 3.5-inch diameter pole support system.
