Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide an HRIS system or comprehensive HRIS and Payroll system that will provide MSD’s ability to develop employees and enhance the MSD’s ability to provide services to the members and other clients. The selected HRIS software provider will be required to provide the following services: 1) Integration with accounting system or custom reporting for upload to general ledger 2) Transmission of payments for taxes, benefits, etc. that have the ability to accept epayments 3) W-2 electronic processing 4) ACA electronic processing (if choosing benefits administration option) 5) Annual Support/customer service 6) Training for management and employees on system 7) Dedication implementation guidance 8) Certification tracking 9) Annual performance review tracking 10) Succession planning 11) Online servicing ability for employees 12) Benefits tracking
