Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor’s work includes all labor, freight, materials, tools, and equipment for the conversion of two intermodal shipping containers to allow ANTHC to combine them into one building upon arrival in the community. The contractor will be responsible for all work pertaining to the building shell and interior finishes while ANTHC will be responsible for the civil, process, mechanical, and electrical disciplines as well as shipping and uniting the two structures into a single unit once in Perryville. Contractor’s work will be completed at their facility prior to contractor shipping the two structures to the ANTHC Modular Completion site at 242 Orca Street, Anchorage, AK.
