Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Chester is seeking bids for plowing at the Transfer Station (50 Dump Road) for the Winter Season of 2023-2024. All bids should include: Start and end dates of contract, Services to be provided, Price for work outside of contract time frame, and; Price per hour for loader work, if necessary. Please consider the following when creating your bid: The Transfer Station staff will clean the snow away from all buildings to make plowing easier and safer, The corner by the Scrap Metal dumpster will be cleaned by the staff as plowing is too difficult, The staff will clean the area between all trailers, and; The area in front of the retaining wall will be cleared utilizing the skid steer. In addition to clearing the general hot top areas, the awardee will clear the area surrounding the burn pile and yard waste pile to ensure access.
