Bradley Central High School Culinary Arts Program seeks to replace the current ventless dishwasher with a new ventless dishwasher of the same size. In support of equipping this lab the vendor is required to provide materials, labor and shipping for the completion of the following: Removal of Current Ventless Commercial Dishwasher; Delivery and Installation of new Ventless Commercial Dishwasher (same size); Dishwasher shall be: • Base electric high temperature ventless dishwashing machine. • List all specifications and features to include or be similar to: 5-sided insulated hood, ventless operation & energy recovery, door lock, NSF pot and pan rating for 2-, 4- & 6-minute cycles, 17" door opening, pumped drain, auto door start with auto fill, interchangeable stainless steel rinse arms and X-shaped wash arms, delime cycle, digital controls with service diagnostics, up to 45 racks per hour, .67 U.S. gallons per rack pumped final rinse.
