Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Box Culvert Construction: Construct a cast-in-place (CIP) box culvert following the provided design to convey the Salt Lake and Utah Canal through the Monroe Phase VI Project Boundaries in accordance with the design criteria set by APWA and Salt Lake City Public Utilities (SLCPU is the canal management entity). 2. Utilities: Install a sleeve for the future water line under the canal per design and current standards as well as relocate an existing storm drain system. 3. Project Team Meetings: Local involvement from Sandy City Public Works and Engineering Departments is expected. Biweekly informational meetings and work sessions with the City will be required. Coordination will also be required with various utility companies with regards to utility connections and services along with Salt Lake City Public Utilities, and any other entities involved in the project. 4. Project Administration: Contractor will provide timely submittals of material and permitting documents to Sandy City Public Works including but not limited to: 1. Insurance and Bonding Documentation 2. Material Submittals 3. Traffic Control proposal appropriate for site security 4. Application for Road-Cut Permit
