Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Fire Department, is accepting bids to purchase multiple Holmatro battery powered tools and extra batteries or approved equivalent. The following specifications describe the minimum requirements. The equipment shall be of new, current design production model and available to the commercial market. The bid shall include one copy of the manufacturer's published specification and warranty. The City reserves the right to review the manufacturer's specifications and to choose the unit deemed to be in the City's best interest. The City of Hot Springs reserves the right to award the sections that are within the budget available. The equipment shall comply with all state and federal safety requirements. Any deviations to these specifications shall be explained.
