Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish and install two (2) 14-inch Valves with Flanges (1) on a supply and return Chill Water Line Valves need to be equipped with a manual operation actuator. Two (2) new 2- inch drain valves with fire hose connections will also be installed on supply and return lines so lines in Chiller Mechanical Room can be drained when 14-inch valves are in he closed position. All piping will need to be reinsulated back to match existing piping and all piping will need to have directional markings visible. The vendor will have only a weekend to complete this work. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
