Specifications include, but are not limited to: Webster Road Turning Lanes is a roadway widening project that begins approximately 0.35 miles west of the intersection of US 19 and WV 41 and ends approximately 2.6 miles east of the intersection of US 19 and WV 41. The southwest side of the project consists of minor roadway full-depth widening to accommodate a two-way-left turn lane, right turn lane from WV 41 NB to US 19 SB, and a 2’ paved shoulder with milling and resurfacing of the existing roadway from Sta 90+50 to Sta 107+48.83. On the east side of the intersection, it consists of widening to accommodate a two-way-left turn lane and 2’ paved shoulder from Sta 111+15.18 to Sta 127+60. From Sta 127+60 to Sta 175+39.44, it consists of milling and resurfacing of 3” of asphalt and some occasional minor ditch work to facilitate drainage. From Sta 175+39.44 to Sta A 222+40, it consists of widening to accommodate a two-way-left turn lane, a 2’ paved shoulder, and a right turn lane for CR 41/27 (also new school entrance).
