Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of complete demolition of the existing bank building at the CCRTA’s property located at 4211 Ayers, in Corpus Christi, Texas 78415 as shown in the drawings, and described in these specifications, as well as, asbestos removal. Work includes site preparation; coordination with and notification of local utility companies (i.e. water, sanitary sewer, storm water, gas, telephone, cable, etc.) for location of underground services and cut-off of supply; permitting that will be required to complete the project; installation of orange fencing and storm water protection prevention plan devices; removal and disposal of office desk chairs cabinets etc.; demolition of structures; disposal of mechanical and HVAC systems inside and out; disconnection of gas, electrical and plumbing systems; disposal and/or recycling of materials, and site grading as shown on the Plans and required by the Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to salvage items from the building before demolition begins or right after demolition begins. But, only if it is safe to do so. The Contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision as required.
