Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The proposal shall include all cost for the demolition of the existing roof and kennel fencing and installation of the new larger roof structure complete, interior kennel fencing, concrete foundation and slab, electrical lighting, snow guards, gates, exhaust fan, snow panel guarding, see Architectural drawings for total construction requirements. (Attachment #1). 2. All work shall comply with the current applicable code requirements of the IBC, IMC, NEC, UPC, IFC and current State of Alaska Amendments both as shown or implied by the type of construction and building use. 3. All materials shall be new. 4. All demolished materials will be removed and disposed of at the Contractor’s expense. 5. The Contractor shall furnish marked-up as-built changes made during the construction period. 6. The Contractor is to furnish and as-built Survey of the improvements. 7. Deliver the record drawings to the MSB Project Manager within thirty (30) days upon completion of the work. 8. The Contractor will include a one-year warranty for all work to the MSB.
