Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall furnish all tools, material, equipment, and labor necessary to complete project. 2. Contractor shall construct any and all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. 3. Contractor shall prevent unnecessary damage to any part of the building and landscaping. 4. Contractor shall complete project within sixty (60) days from time of bid being awarded. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all post-project clean-up. 6. Contractor shall remove all debris, including nails and metals, and all disposable materials offsite at the end of each workday. 7. Contractor shall work during normal business hours, which are 8:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays. 8. Contractor shall schedule all work with Park Superintendent or her designee. 9. Contractor shall be responsible for all material deliveries and protection of materials during construction. 10. Contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty that applies to all work performed. 11. Contractor shall remove old garage door and install new railing and hardware and new insulated door to best match existing or equivalent using the color tan to best match siding. 12. Photographs may be requested by Greg Hart during installation. 13. Contractor shall remove all old trim and replace any bad or rotten wood with equivalent thickness. 14. Contractor shall remove any bad or rotten fascia and replace to match existing. 15. Contractor shall go over existing siding once any bad or rotten has been replaced and house wrap installed. 16. Contractor shall remove old gable vents Approx. 2 ea. And install new polyurethane weather resistant louver vent. 17. Contractor shall remove existing soffit and replace any bad or rotten wood and install new LP Smartside cedar texture soffit material. 18. Contractor shall apply house wrap before the new siding is installed. 19. Contractor shall replace any bad or rotten wood or jambs necessary to replace exterior windows. Approximate size is three feet (3’) by three feet (3’). 20. Contractor shall remove the single, existing window and replace with vinyl Low E/Argon insulated with grids double hung windows/with half screens white or equivalent in color. 21. Contractor shall remove, protect, and reinstall blinds and or curtains if applicable. 22. Contractor shall seal the new window and repair or fit any interior jamb and trim to work with new window. 23. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and protection of all downspouts and shall reinstall the downspouts. 24. Contractor shall install all the new LP Smartside Cedar texture 5/4" trim with a minimum of 2 ½ " finish Galvanized fasteners. And shall install siding with minimum length 1 ½” galvanized HD roofing nails. 25. Contractor shall Install new LP Smartside lock panel cedar texture 7/16"x 8" (Approximately 490 square feet) lap siding horizontally using 5/4"x 4" LP Smartside cedar texture trim around all doors, HVAC, window, and corners and against soffit eves and rake.
