Specifications include, but are not limited to: Segment 1 Pipeline • Trenchless Crossings o Tualatin Valley Highway/UPRR Tracks crossing at SW 170th Avenue: approximately 195 LF of steel casing boring under the UPRR tracks and Tualatin Valley Highway within the public right-of-way and within an easement to be acquired. o Beaverton Creek crossing: approximately 125 LF of steel casing boring under Beaverton Creek outside of the public right-of-way. o Un-Named Drainage/TriMet Light Rail Tracks crossing: approximately 245 LF of steel casing boring under the un-named creek and the TriMet light rail tracks within an easement to be acquired. o Waterhouse Creek crossing: approximately 210 LF of steel casing boring under the Waterhouse Creek box culvert on NW 173rd Avenue within the public right-of-way. o 17306 NW Elaine Court to NW 173rd Street: approximately 210 LF • Metering and Flow Control Stations o A metering and flow control station located adjacent to the Tualatin Valley Highway/SW 170th Avenue intersection in an easement to be acquired. • Pressure Reducing Stations (PRS) o PRS at Tualatin Valley Highway/SW 170th Avenue intersection to service properties to the east. o PRS to service the Arbor Creek Apartments. o PRS at SW 170th Avenue/SW Baseline Road intersection for service areas to the north and east. o PRS at NW 173rd Avenue/NW Elaine Court location for the surrounding service area and future areas to the north and east. Segment 3 Pipeline • Trenchless Crossings o Rock Creek Crossing: approximately 240 LF of steel casing boring under Rock Creek outside the public right-of-way of NE Walker Road within an easement to be acquired. o Dawson Creek Crossing: approximately 225 LF of steel casing boring under the Dawson Creek box culverts at the NE Century Boulevard/NW Evergreen Parkway intersection, all within the public right-of-way (dependent on final routing). • Open Trench Resource Crossings o Bronson Creek Crossing: approximately 170 LF of open-cut trenching outside of the paved street section within public right-of-way and within an easement to be acquired. • Metering and Flow Control Stations o A metering and flow control station located in an easement to be acquired on or near the Hillsboro Stadium property at the location where the 24-inch NTLI transmission connects to the existing 66-inch JWC transmission main (dependent on final routing). Treatment Facility • Fluoride/Chlorine Booster Treatment Facility • Water Quality Monitoring Station • A metering vault on the 24-inch transmission main adjacent to the Treatment Facility.
