Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Smyrna desires quotations for the construction of a black metal fence and 30’ wide motorized gate around an existing parking lot. The contractor will include a high speed motor for quick gate openings and a sensor system to detect exiting vehicles to open the gate. The fence will be installed starting adjacent to the existing EMS building and connected to the existing wood fence in the rear of the property. The proposed fence will match the existing fence in material, color, height, finish, etc. See enclosed construction plans for location of fence and gate. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Contractor is responsible for locating all utilities in the work area and is responsible for repair to any damaged utilities or facilities. 2. Vendor / Contractor is responsible for clean-up of any debris or damage from their work on the project. 3. The Director of Public Works or his designee will perform final inspection before last invoice is paid. Any problems will be communicated to the contractor. 4.
