Demolition consists of accessory structures including guest house/apartment approximately 553 sq ft, manufactured home approximately 1,285 sq ft, masonry concrete storage building approximately 640 sq ft., metal storage building/garage approximately 525 sq ft, wood frame storage structure approximately 1,560 sq ft, along with all fencing, concrete, asphalt, trees, bushes, and shrubs on a 2.0 acre parcel. 2.2.2. Parcel 7‐12380 Residential House and Property 2.2.2.1. This parcel contains a masonry house on a concrete slab approximately 2,245 sq. ft. Demolition consists of accessory structures including, storage shed, horse corrals, all fencing, concrete, asphalt, trees, bushes, and shrubs on a 1.0 acre parcel. 2.2.3. Parcel 7‐12509 Residential House and Property 2.2.3.1. This parcel contains a brick house on a concrete slab approximately 2,417 sq. ft. Demolition consists of accessory structures including guest house approximately 805 sq ft, several metal horse stalls/corrals, workshop, shed, all fencing, concrete, asphalt, trees, bushes, and shrubs on a 6.5 acre parcel. 2.2.4. The Department has completed asbestos testing and abatement for all parcels. The Department will share the complete asbestos‐containing material survey report upon request and it will be provided to the Contractor upon any subsequent contract award.
