Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Administrative Services, State Building Division(“AS/SBD”)is requesting sealed proposals for the purpose of leasing8,163 (+/-)square feet of general office space in Madison County (Norfolk), Nebraska on behalf of Department of Motor Vehicles, (“Tenant Agency”). It is the intent of the AS/SBD to enter into a lease which includesall utilities and services and which may include Tenant Improvements. The award winning bidder will provide a facilitysuitable for the Department of Motor Vehicles. The State of Nebraska reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs,wholly or in part, or to waive any technicality in any RFP in order to award the lease contract in a manner deemed inthe best interest of the State.
