This project also includes construction of two truck waste sampling buildings, remodel and expansion of existing plant main control room, installation of a new comprehensive security system in new and existing buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical improvements, and all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 656-001/160, located at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 3000 Vandalia Road, Des Moines, Iowa.
