Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Phase 2 includes the renovation of the Freitas Ice Forum to accommodate the Women's Volleyball program to meet the mandated Title IX requirements. The base scope of the project is the renovation/improvements of the women's volleyball locker/bathroom as well as miscellaneous electrical work in the Arena. This project also includes scope of work to be designated as alternates, including but not limited to: Sports Medicine Room (Remove wall, new floor & ceiling), Corridor access to restrooms from front lobby into the Arena, a new Arena wall which would include: Framing, gwb., doors & paint, openings, doors & frames, fire protection‐sprinklers, electrical demolition, fixtures, wiring, a/v, comm., fire alarm, etc., Arena low west wall which would include: Finishes, demo, fixtures, wiring, a/v, comm., fire alarm, etc., Wall padding at practice court columns (6), HVAC & Electrical Upgrade at Locker Rooms, and Metropolitan WVB / Rizza audio visual connection.
