Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by the Office of Procurement (OP) for the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance (DPSQA) to obtain pricing and a contract to purchase the following automobiles: Three (3) 2024 Honda HR-V; Three (3) 2024 Honda EX CVT; All services must be provided during normal state work hours and within the agreed upon number of days unless otherwise arranged and coordinated with the agency. The Contractor shall give the agency immediate notice of any anticipated delays that will affect the service delivery requirement. DHS, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to request services for additional DHS divisions and locations. A. The Contractor shall have in place all facilities, staff, and other operations necessary for providing new vehicles listed in this IFB. B. The Contractor shall provide three (3) 2024 Honda HR-V (Base Model) and three (3) 2024 Honda Civic EX CVT. Substitutions will not be allowed. C. Color: All vehicles must be white or light in color. D. Doors: All vehicles must have four (4) doors. A. All vehicles must be new, and the latest model of proven performance, and in standard production by the manufacturer at the time of delivery. B. Optional equipment must be in addition to Federal and State specifications for new vehicles. C. All vehicles must contain all standard items, normally included by the manufacturer, of the year, make, and model at no extra cost. D. Features that come standard from the factory must not be removed or charged as additional options.
