Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall have in place all facilities, staff, and other operations necessary for providing new vehicles listed in this IFB. B. The Contractor shall provide four (4) 2024 Subaru Crosstrek (Base Model). Substitutions will not be allowed. C. Color: All vehicles must be white or light in color. D. Doors: All vehicles must have four (4) doors. E. All vehicles must be new, and the latest model of proven performance, and in standard production by the manufacturer at the time of delivery. F. Optional equipment must be in addition to Federal and State specifications for new vehicles. G. All vehicles must contain all standard items, normally included by the manufacturer, of the year, make, and model at no extra cost. H. Features that come standard from the factory must not be removed or charged as additional options.
