Specifications include, but are not limited to: UTA is seeking multiple contracts to provide recruitment services. Multiple vendors will be selected and placed in a pool of eligibility. The purpose of this contract is to assist the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) in finding, recruiting and hiring qualified employees to work in key positions. The services will be used to fill Information Technology, Organization Excellence/Continuous Improvement, Human Resource, Finance, and other positions within UTA. UTA is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) in order to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors capable of assisting UTA with recruitment of key positions if need arises. All responsible vendors who meet the minimum requirements listed on the RFP Cover Sheet and pass the selection review will be add to the qualified pool. Contractor Expectations: Upon receipt of notification of a vacancy, the Contractor shall engage in an active search of qualified candidates, which may include: A multi-format nationwide search of potential candidates pools; Meetings with key individuals who will influence the search or who have decision making authority in the candidate selection process. The Contractor is expected to learn about UTA’s environment, culture and needs to make organization-candidate matches that are attractive to and benefit both parties. Recruitment activities, including advertising of the position, direct contact and promotion of the position to potential candidates (including passive candidates and candidates recommended by UTA) and responses to inquiries by potential candidates.
