Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Oregon Department of Corrections, Snake River Correctional Institution has evaluated different X-Ray Screening Machines. All specifications shall not be interpreted as restrictive but rather as a measure of quality, performance, and features of each system. 3.7.1.1 Machine must have: Image archiving ; Color Display ; Detection of Narcotics and Explosives ; Automatically needs to highlight suspected items ; Needs to be able to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 3.7.2 System needs to be easy to operate. Multiple staff may use this machine, therefore, needs easy use. This machine will operate in a Correctional Facility. 3.7.3 If machine was to turn-off, the machine must be able to turn back on quickly. 3.7.4 SRCI would like a Service Agreement to include: 3.7.4.1 Service phone number with a call back within 12 hours, and if needed; 3.7.4.2 On-site service within 2 business days. 3.7.5 Dimensions: 3.7.5.1 SRCI current space for this machine is 60.4” Length, 34.5” Width. The new machine can not exceed the width of 34.5”. It may be possible to accommodate a little longer machine. 3.7.6 Machine must be new.
