Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hobbs Municipal Schools (District) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform architectural and/or engineering design services using the design-bid-build method in connection with the Hobbs New Middle School for the District; The successful Offeror for this RFP shall provide design and/or architectural services as specified below, which shall include, but not be limited to, programming (site selection and onsite investigation), schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and eleven (11) month Warranty Inspection services to ensure that all statutory requirements have been met. Designs must meet all NMAC 6.27.30 PSCOC Statewide Adequacy Standards. Designs may be required to meet and exceed EnergyStar building standards. Program, Design and provide Construction Administration of a Middle School for grades 6th – 8th grade within Hobbs Municipal Schools. The anticipated capacity of the facility should be programmed for 640 students contained within 85,380 GSF. This is to include assistance with selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
